  • I don’t believe any one food is 'good' or 'bad'

    Eating should not come with rules or restrictions, nor should it be a source of shame or guilt. It’s time to let go of the morale labels we have attached to food. Instead, we’ll focus on creating a balanced approach to your eating where no foods are ‘off limits’ and you feel empowered to make choices that support your health and meet your needs as an individual that deserves nourishment.

  • I don't focus on weight loss goals - I help you see there is so much more to be reaching for.

    Of course you feel the need to lose weight when society parades thinness as a beauty ideal. I’ve also experienced those deep desires to want to fit those norms, have bigger boobs and shrink my body but I’m here to help you see - the pursuit of a number on a scale is not the solution you are looking for. When your focus is only on weight loss, you're missing the bigger picture. Together, we’ll explore what is truly important to YOU — What you value, what brings your fulfilment and how you can create sustainable habits that get you to where you want to be.

  • I don’t make unrealistic promises.

    There are no grandiose claims of ‘body transformations’ or ‘fat burning’ foods here. No ‘miracle results’ or before or after photos to parade a thinner body like it’s some kind of trophy. What I do offer is a personalised, sustainable approach to health, nutrition, and mental well-being. This is about transforming how you feel and think - the stuff that changes our long term health; mind, body and soul.

  • I don’t promote quick-fix diets or extreme restrictions.

    The world is full of fad diets promising fast results, but if you are here, I’m assuming you’ve already experienced that these short-term fixes leave you feeling depleted, frustrated, and back at square one. Fat shaming and body norms make us believe we need to shrink our bodies to feel good, to feel worthy. I’m here to help you change that narrative.

  • I don’t encourage obsessive tracking or calorie counting.

    Constantly measuring your food intake can lead to anxiety, guilt, and a lack of freedom. I want you to trust your body again, rather than turning food into a source of stress. We work toward intuitive eating, learning to listen to your body’s internal needs and cues for hunger, satisfaction, and safety.

  • So, what DO I do?

    I help you discover that true health and well-being is less about what we put on our plate and more about our thoughts around food. I use behaviour science to tap into the unconscious and conscious thinking that is driving your eating behaviours and flip them to start working for you - creating lasting change that empowers you to feel like yourself again.
