Work With Me

  • 1 to 1 counselling ensures bespoke support entirely focused on you and your individual needs.

    What to expect

Each consultation is uniquely guided by your needs. Within each session we will:

    1. Deep dive into your current concerns and motivators for seeking help. This is important groundwork to make sure we are always working towards your personalised objectives.

    2. Understand your food habits and what’s driving your current eating behaviours.

    3. Explore your beliefs about food, thinking patterns around eating and your relationship to your own body.

    4. Consider other aspects of your health, lifestyle and environment that may be impacting your symptoms and/or creating barriers to change.

    5. Agree a clear, actionable plan for change, incorporating habit and behavioural science to ensure goals can be met and maintained.

“Kara has completely changed how I think about food and health…. she worked with me to get to the heart of my struggles with food and make sustainable changes not just to my eating but to my mindset too”

— Amanda K., PAUSE NUTRITION CLIENT

“Kara worked with me to unpack how my thoughts could be influenced by social media and fad diet trends. We also worked on demystifying certain beliefs and actions to focus on healthy eating habits. It's a journey, and still early days, but I'm now much more focussed on listening to my body, nourishing and fuelling myself rather than being focussed on what the scales say. Armed with new tools and the support of Kara, I'm feeling so much more positive about myself and my relationship with food and my health and wellbeing.”

— Tina B., PAUSE NUTRITION CLIENT
